Work Taking Shape Across Greater Austin
The efforts on this page are shared. Churches, networks, organizations, and leaders carry much of the work, and many were serving long before the Society entered the conversation. The Society may convene, coordinate, fund, or steward defined parts of an effort while partners continue to carry their responsibilities.
These summaries name what is actually underway, what remains unresolved, and where the Society is contributing. They are a current snapshot, not a claim of completed results.

These summaries reflect the best information available on the review date above. Roles, participants, and status may change as leaders continue to meet and the work develops.
Church Planting Together
Church-planting leaders across Greater Austin are exploring stronger shared pathways for identifying, forming, sending, and supporting planters. The Society convenes the conversation and supports shared research and follow-through while churches and networks carry the ministry.
Christian Leadership Formation
Leaders are listening across churches and ministries for formation needs that no single organization can answer alone. The Society is helping connect people carrying theological education, leadership development, church planting, and practitioner formation.
Connecting Movement Practitioners
Disciple-making and church-multiplication practitioners are learning from one another across households, apartment communities, workplaces, neighborhoods, and immigrant communities. The Society brings them together to pray, compare what they are learning, and build relationships across different fields of work.
Tell Us What You Are Seeing
If you are carrying work in one of these areas, know someone who belongs in the conversation, or see related work the Society has missed, the Society wants to listen.
